Kozhikode: Students seeking higher studies no longer need to visit multiple institutions for admissions. Jamiathul Hind Al Islamiyya has introduced a single application and examination process, offering admission opportunities to preferred institutions through its exclusive Single Window Admission System.

Key Guidelines for Applicants

  • Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria before applying. If uncertain, contact Jamiathul Hind directly for clarification.
  • Register with your name, date of birth, and mobile number. Note that WhatsApp OTP verification is mandatory.
  • Students possessing certificates for scholarships, fellowships, or other academic achievements should fill out relevant columns. Only those presenting all certificates during the interview will be considered for grace marks.
  • Application fees must be paid online. The entrance exam and interview will be conducted on the same day at the selected exam center. Please select your exam center carefully during the application process, as changes are not permitted later.
  • Each student can choose up to 10 preferred institutions for admission. Allocation will be based on rank, and there is an option to change preferences after the first allotment.

Hall Ticket and Notifications

Applicants will receive their hall ticket and other essential updates through the Single Window Portal. Log in using your username and password to access these details.

Preparing for the J-SAT Exam

Admission is based on the Jamiath Scholars Aptitude Test (J-SAT), which includes a written test and an interview. The exam will be held at the selected exam center.

  • The written test consists of 100 objective questions, with 75% from the school syllabus and 25% on Islamic studies.
  • Model question papers are available on the Jamiathul Hind website.
  • The exam also includes three descriptive questions to assess the student’s literary and creative skills.
  • The interview will evaluate reading skills and other abilities. All original certificates, including mark lists, Hifz certificates, and grace mark certificates, must be presented during the interview.

Examination Centers

Over 50 examination centers are available across India and abroad. The selected center cannot be changed later.

Allotment and Admission

  • Admission to the preferred institution will be based on the student's rank and priority of options selected during the application process.
  • If a student is not allotted a seat in the first round, they may participate in the second allotment. If unsuccessful, they can attend spot admission.
  • Spot admission will be held at the designated center with the hall ticket. Admission will be based on seat availability, and early applicants will be given priority.
